My new favorite film.

Gabriel Axel's "Babettes gæstebud"

Though a bit slow in the beginning, Babette's Feast contains
what I believe to be the best food concoctions of all time.
Not only does this film make your mouth salivate with glee,
but it contains events that captivate the heart .
(well... interchangeably the stomach mostly)

yuuum... damn I crave a ciggy.
